Part 3 Strength Workout with Lanchana Green

Hi everyone,

I’m back again with part 3 of my training tips to build strength! I hope you enjoy it!

Pull ups are great, if you can do these that’s great, increase the resistance with added weight, if you struggle with these switch to recline rows, can also do dumbell rows.. but I prefer to get people used to pulling about their own weight!
