Well hello there!
Deano’s been bugging me to get something on here so here goes.
I thought my first blog should just be a welcome message and a little bit about what I’m going to be blogging about. So, firstly a big hello to whoever reads this and secondly, what will I blogging about? Well, I love working out so I’ll hopefully be keeping track of some of my workout routines on here. I’m also going to start attending a local parkrun when the weathers not so cold, so I’ll be blogging about that too. I love boxing! I’m a big fan so I’ll be posting the odd thought on some future fights. I’l also be blogging about healthy eating, I love to cook and being dairy-free I need to make sure loads of my meals are cooked from scratch. I love other things too but rest assured, there’ll be no random posts being put up here. If it’s anything to do health and fitness, I’ll be putting up here.
