Top 4 Paleo Meals of the Last Two Weeks

Hi everyone,

Just thought I’d quickly share my Top 4 Paleo meals I’ve had in the last two weeks:

1. Coconut fruit bowl
2. Pan-roasted wild salmon with anchovy-rosemary dressing and broccoli
3. Wild mushroom roasted turkey
4. Cranberry muffins

I’ll be starting a section soon for Paleo recipes and as this is a quick post I’ll not be posting the recipes for the 4 above meals. If you want to have the recipes simply email me at: deano@4everfitness.co.uk

Those who don’t know what the Paleo diet is, there will be two articles on the site very soon. One explaining what the Paleo diet is and one exploring the benefits of following a Paleo diet if you’re an athlete.

    Ooh I have just started out on the Paelo diet and im loving it!!! Will give the cranberry muffins a try!!
