Just thought I’d share this and see what your thoughts are. Here are my top 4 pieces of fitness equipment that I love at the moment:
1. Your Body
I love doing body weight exercises as I can train anywhere, anytime, anyhow effectively! Try out the Nike Training Club app on the iPhone, so no more excuses!
A Total body work out that is fast, effective and powerful! This piece of kit keeps things different and interesting for you and your client.
3. Medicine / Slam Balls

4. Valslides / Flowin
If I’m honest I prefer the Flowin to the Valslide even though they both roughly do the same. I just think that the Flowin system allows better integration of the whole body.
