Knee Rolling

Hi everyone,

Here are some simple instructions to perform knee rolling. You should start all exercises by lying with your head on a pillow, knees bent and feet shoulder width apart and arms by your side.

1. Firstly, hollow your abdomen and gently lower both your knees to the right and as far as is comfortable.

2. Bring both your legs back to the middle and relax.

3. Now repeat the exercise to your left.

4. Do this exercise three times each side if you can.
