      <p>Hi everyone,</p>
<p>Just thought I&#8217;d quickly share my Top 4 Paleo meals I&#8217;ve had in the last two weeks:</p>
<p>1. Coconut fruit bowl<br />
2. Pan-roasted wild salmon with anchovy-rosemary dressing and broccoli<br />
3. Wild mushroom roasted turkey<br />
4. Cranberry muffins</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll be starting a section soon for Paleo recipes and as this is a quick post I&#8217;ll not be posting the recipes for the 4 above meals. If you want to have the recipes simply email me at: deano@4everfitness.co.uk</p>
<p>Those who don&#8217;t know what the Paleo diet is, there will be two articles on the site very soon. One explaining what the Paleo diet is and one exploring the benefits of following a Paleo diet if you&#8217;re an athlete.</p>
