      <p>Hi everyone,</p>
<p>Just thought I&#8217;d share this and see what your thoughts are. Here are my top 4 pieces of fitness equipment that I love at the moment:</p>
<h2>1. Your Body</h2>
<p>I love doing body weight exercises as I can train anywhere, anytime, anyhow effectively! Try out the Nike Training Club app on the iPhone, so no more excuses!</p>
<div class="video-shortcode"><iframe title="YouTube video player" width="600" height="350" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/_pe6fqJPA04" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>
<h2>2. TRX</h2>
<p>A Total body work out that is fast, effective and powerful! This piece of kit keeps things different and interesting for you and your client.</p>
<div class="video-shortcode"><iframe title="YouTube video player" width="600" height="350" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/Gagl23KZs0U" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>
<p><a href="http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/search?ie=UTF8&amp;keywords=trx&amp;tag=4evefitn-21&amp;index=sports&amp;linkCode=ur2&amp;camp=1634&amp;creative=6738" target="_blank"><img class="size-full wp-image-982 alignnone" title="buy_trx" src="http://www.4everfitness.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/buy_trx.jpg" alt="" width="600" height="112" /></a></p>
<h2>3. Medicine / Slam Balls</h2>
<p>I&#8217;ll let Paul Chek show you the benefits of the medicine ball. Check out the link for the slam balls too!</p>
<div class="video-shortcode"><iframe title="YouTube video player" width="600" height="350" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/pD8kS7U_6MY" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>
<p><a href="http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/search?ie=UTF8&amp;keywords=medicine%20balls&amp;tag=4evefitn-21&amp;index=sports&amp;linkCode=ur2&amp;camp=1634&amp;creative=6738" target="_blank"><img title="buy_medicine_balls" src="http://www.4everfitness.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/buy_medicine_balls.jpg" alt="" width="600" height="112" /></a></p>
<h2>4. Valslides / Flowin</h2>
<p>If I&#8217;m honest I prefer the Flowin to the Valslide even though they both roughly do the same. I just think that the Flowin system allows better integration of the whole body.</p>
<div class="video-shortcode"><iframe title="YouTube video player" width="600" height="350" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/cqxEALF3JMM" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>
<p><a href="http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/search?ie=UTF8&amp;keywords=flowin&amp;tag=4evefitn-21&amp;index=sports&amp;linkCode=ur2&amp;camp=1634&amp;creative=6738" target="_blank"><img title="buy_flowin" src="http://www.4everfitness.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/buy_flowin.jpg" alt="" width="600" height="112" /></a></p>
<p>Thanks,</p>
