Workout Plan

MP45 is a 45 day plan that will completely transform your body over the four phrases that are broken down into the following:

You will also get to have cheat meals which are great as an incentive to keep working hard but also really important to help ramp up your metabolism so you’ll continually burn fat throughout your whole body.
